INSTRUCTIONS: This form is needed for all reservations. Fill in all of the information below and return with deposit payment at time making reservation.
 At least 15 days prior to the date of your arrival send a Finalized Reservations Form along with all fees and a copy of your Tour/Trip Permit.

         1)   All applicable fees which must accompany this application 15 days prior to stay.
2)   Attach a copy of the Tour/Trip Permit to this application.
 3)   Key will be mailed after receipt of the Finalized Reservation Form and payment is received

For long distance calls - Use Cell phones.

Smoking is not allowed inside the Vermont House.
Separate M/F Showers are available to use.
There is NO dumpster for Trash, Pack your Trash out
